When it comes to day 1 company like CAPGEMINI..
Round 1 will be: APTITUDE, REASONING WITH ANALYTICAL WRITING (60 MINS).
Round 2 will be mostly pseudo code or else coding(Cases).
Round 3 will be technical HR(Stress).
Round 4 will be HR(mostly friendly).
